Photographers can use templates to create printable items for their photography clients or for personal use.
Photographers can use template backgrounds and embellishments to create coordinating printable products for their photography clients or for personal use (newly designed digital products not to be resold or redistributed).
Photographers can put template sample images on their web site, their blog, or their Facebook page to advertise their product offerings. The template samples must be JPEG format, no greater than 700 pixels wide and 700 pixels high and must use their own photos in the samples. Credit to Designs By Amie is not necessary, but is always appreciated.
Do not redistribute or resell any of the digital template files or any individual parts of the template files, including but not limited to backgrounds, patterns, embellishments, borders, frames, ribbons.
Do not sell digital template files, individual parts of template files, final printed product, or final flattened digital image on Etsy or any other comparable web site. In other words if you did not take the photos that you are putting in the template, then you should not be selling the templates in any format.
Do not use any individual parts or combined parts of the template files in any newly designed products for sale to the general public. For example, you may not use a photo frame in a new template and sell the template on Etsy. You may not use a photo frame in a new template and use that template to sell final printed products to the general public on Etsy. You may not use a photo frame in a new template and use that template to sell a final flattened digital image to the general public on Etsy. This applies to all digital parts of any Designs By Amie template and applies to any place that you can sell products.

If you are not a photographer, then you can only use these templates for your own personal use, not for commercial purposes.
