I just placed an order, where are my templates? Download links to your templates will be emailed out to you within 12 hours, usually sooner and even immediately if I'm at my desk. Your order will be emailed to the default email address on your Paypal account, so be sure it is updated. If you do not receive your templates within 12 hours, please check your SPAM folder. If you still have not received them, please contact Designs By Amie and they will be resent to you. |

Can I change the date on templates? Yes, all dates are editable. |

What is a press printed card? A press printed card is printed on a cardstock-like paper, not photo paper. Press printed cards can be printed on both sides of the paper. There are several papers to choose from including standard, pearl, watercolor. Each lab may have different paper selections. |

Why do you have both 5x7 and 5.25x7.25 sized cards? The 5x7 cards are designed for standard flat photo cards printed on photo paper and only on one side. The 5.25x7.25 cards are designed for press printed cards that are printed on paper that can be printed on both sides. The printer that I use (WHCC) requires press printed cards to be sized a quart inch bigger than their standard photo cards. |

What is a test template? A test template on Designs By Amie is just another template file, but also contains all of the features included across most of the templates, such as color overlays and clipping masks. These templates can be downloaded for free to allow you to test whether these templates will work in your version of Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. They are also real and useful templates for you to use as well. |
